Arran 15 Year Old 1997 Cask 9273

This is a single cask Arran from Douglas Laing’s Old Malt Cask range. It
was distilled in January 1997 before a 15 year maturation in a refill
hogshead. It was bottled in late 2012 and there are just 282 bottles.

Nose: Hints of soft spice and sourdough bread. Honey.

Palate: Manuka honey, butterscotch and pralines. Cooked fruit and allspice.

Finish: Dried herbs and malt. Toffee.
